UK Record Status - 2 Day FITA Field Tournament - September 9th & 10th 2017
We are running a two day Record Status Tournament on Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th of September. Saturday with be 24 unmarked targets and Sunday 24 marked targets. We are inviting entries for both day or single days.
If you shot our tournament last year you know that despite being a new course, we have created one that is a real challenge as well as being in a beautiful location. More details on our FaceBook page and on this site by clicking here. It was also voted Best Shoot Of The Year on the GNAS Field FaceBook page
You can enter online by using the button opposite (below on mobile). This will take you to a new page to fill out your details, you will be taken to a page to pay your entry fees, it’s like a online shop, just add the entries you want to your cart and then pay via PayPal, it’s pretty simple. If you prefer to download an entry form and post it back with payment, you can download it here.
Awards. Trophies will be awarded for all classes recognised by GNAS according to entries
Notes: World Archery and ArcheryGB Rules of shooting will apply. All entrants must be members of ArcheryGB or a World Archery associated organisation. Entrants may be asked to produce membership cards at registration.
Record Status shoots will be liable for drug testing and competitors approached to give samples must comply. If they refuse, that refusal will be treated as a positive result.

There are quite a few places to stay in Wrexham town from as grand as the Ramada Plaza, which is about £60 a night to other, less expensive ones. There are two Premier Inns in Wrexham, called Centre and North. Both are equally as good but the one in the centre has the best selection of pubs for food and drink. The Travelodge is decent enough, but by a main road so maybe a bit noisy. The Wynnstay Hotel is in the middle of Wrexham and is also recommended.
A bit further away is the Buck Hotel at Bangor Is Y Coed and the Hand Hotel in Chirk (not the Llangollen one). Both of those are about 30minutes from the field course.
